Typical Camp Schedule

Note that this is the schedule for organized events – jams or other impromptu activities often go on into the evening. 

All youths (under 18 years old) need to honor the 11pm curfew.

JUNE WEEKEND

4:00-7:00 PM – Check-in – unload your stuff, meet cabin-mates. If tenting find a site, unload, set up, and report your tenting location at the dining hall.
5:30-7:00: snacks
7:30 8:30 – Staff Introduction
8:30-10:00 – Camper Music Jam
10:00-11:00 – Old-time Country Dance
11:00-Youth Bedtime

Saturday
7:30-9:00- Breakfast (hot food at 8:00)
9:00-10:15 – Workshop I
10:15-10:30 – Break
10:30-11:45 – Workshop II
12:00-1:00 – Lunch 
1:00-2:00 – Camper Concert
2:00-3:00 – Workshop III
3:00-4:30 – Swim Time with Lifeguard, relaxation
4:30-5:30 – Specialty workshops
6:00-6:45 – Dinner- Dessert at 7:00
7:30-9:00 Old-time Country Dance and jams
9:00-9:30 Singing around the campfire
9:30-11:00 – Old-time variety show with staff and campers
11:00 – Youth bedtime
11:30-1:00 quiet adult sharing around campfire, jamming in buildings only
1:00 All quiet

Sunday
7:30-8:45 AM – Breakfast
9:00 -10:00 Sacred Fiddle Circle (Share your favorite hymn, folk song, reverent or irreverent tune)
10:00-11:15 – Workshop IV
11:15-12:00 – Camp cleanup
12:00-1:00 – Lunch
1:00-3:00 – Camper Concert and Happy Trails
3:00 – Camp Closes ’til next time

JUNE and AUGUST WEEKS

Sunday

1:00 – 2:00 – Camper concert (surprise guests)
2:00 – 3:00 – Review
(with primary leader)
3:00 – 4:30 –
Band workshops, Swim, Games, Relaxation time
4:30 – 5:30 – Specialty workshops
6:00 -6:45 – Dinner –
listen for the dinner bell!
7:30 – 9:00 –
Old-Time Country Dance, Jamming
9:00-
9:30- Singing around the campfire
9:30-11:00 – Variety Show
with staff and campers
11:
00 – Bedtime (youths in bed, lights out at 11:30)
11:15 – Youth bed check
11:00 -11:30 Quiet time for all
11:30-1:00 quiet adult sharing around campfire, jamming in buildings only
1:00 – All quiet.

Friday

7:30-8:45 AM – Breakfast
9:00-10:15 Workshop (with primary leader)
11:15-12:00 – Camp cleanup
12:00-1:00 – Lunch
1:00-3:00 – Camper Concert and “Happy Trails”
3:00 – Camp Closes ’til next time
